For workers who operate at height and above depth who are in danger of falling from height or into depth, sliding or caving in. These workers have a permanent foothold during work. The use of PPE has rather preventive and work positioning character. This is not work in hanging position.
The training takes place at polygons all over the Czech Republic. These polygons are well thought out training centres that offer simulatios of a wide varienty of activties.

Theoretical part
legislation in EU and CZ (laws, norms and regulations, Labour Code), risk analysis, first aid (prevention, first aid giving, communication with IRS, first aid bag equipment)

Practical part
- Introduction to PPE in the given scope of training, OSH at the workplace (warning tape, high-visibility clothing, helmet), afeguarding and operation of persons working at height, on constructions, on elevated surfaces, preventive securing against falling, securing tools while working above free depth, basic rope-tying techniques, basic techniques for pulling and lowering loads, movement on ladders, scaffolding cubes and scaffolding, securing with fall arrest systems
- first aid - (resuscitation, basic bandaging techniques, stopping the bleeding, recovery position, anti-shock measures), extrication from an accident site
- practical rescue and evacuation of a worker from a height by lowering down using rescue (evacuation kit) systems.
