legislation in EU and CZ (laws, norms and regulations, Labour Code), risk analysis, first aid (prevention, first aid giving, communication with IRS, first aid bag equipment)

Practical part
- introduction to PPE, using climbing techniques for OHS securing and positioning, OHS in the workplace (warning tape, high-visibility clothing, helmet), work and movement on roof edges and elevated places, preventive securing against falling, securing tools at height, hauling and lowering of a load, basic techniques for anchoring and unanchoring ropes, rappelling over a knot, overcoming of rope protection, overcoming an edge, deviations, traverses, basic pulley block, moving on ladders, knots, rope anchoring, ascent and descent rope techniques, rope to rope transfer, rescue from hanging, protection of PPE against damage on edges and more
- first aid (resuscitation, basic bandaging techniques, stopping the bleeding, recovery position, anti-shock measures),
- extrication from an accident site rescue from the hanging by lowering, rescue from the hanging by own PPE, rescue from height and lowering with the help of evacuation kit

according to the practical part, practical task and its correct solving within OHS
