For workers who have successfully completed Class 1 training. Workers who work in confined spaces where there is a risk of falling from height or to depth, collapse or cave-in, concentration of hazardous substances and lack of oxygen. These workers have permanent support for their feet when working. The use of PPE has rather preventive and work positioning character. This is not work in hanging position.

Content of training

Theoretical part
legislation in EU and CZ (laws, norms and regulations, Labour Code), workflow, risk analysis, rescue plan, first aid (prevention, first aid giving, communication with IRS, first aid bag equipment)

Practical part
- Introduction to PPE in the given scope of training, OSH at the workplace (analysis of the hazardous substances and the amount of oxygen, analysis of other hazards and the resulting measures, warning tape, high-visibility clothing, helmet), securing when moving in confined spaces, on constructions, on elevated places, preventive securing against falling, securing tools when working above free depth, basic rope tying techniques, basic techniques for pulling and lowering loads, movement in confined spaces, securing with fall arrest systems
- first aid - (basic procedures for providing first aid, resuscitation, basic bandaging techniques, stopping the bleeding, recovery position, anti-shock measures),
- extrication from the accident site according to the scope of training and type of evacuation kit

Practical exam
according to the practical part, practical task and its correct solving within OHS

Other training options
- in case of training at the client's workplace, transport 15 CZK/km without VAT is added
- in the case of an individual date, the price is by agreement
